TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Infinity Bathware Pty Ltd provide after sales service or replacement of any product which, as a man-made item, may develop a product issue with the material component. However, the function and installation of the product is the responsibility of the licensed installer to inspect for damager prior to installation. No claims for damages/error/unsuitability will be considered after installation. If you have functional problems with the product(s), which is not related to the material of the product, you should contact the licensed installer at the first instance. If the installer fails for installations and on-site inspections required from Infinity Bathware stall, a call-out service fee will apply base on time/distance. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
